Aided in a major enhancement to create a software solution for calculating cumulative sum scoring for quality analysis processes Working with the internal team to break down and clearly define regulatory requirements, we organized meetings to interview the customer to better understand on their of this process. After, I developed test plans to assure the final product functioned properly based on pre-designed workflows.
A group project where we with the lead online coordinator to identify user groups and perform testing to identify user habits. We created personas based on target audiences the lead identified and designed scenarios to observe how users navigated the website using Morae. The final product revealed what aspects of the website were useful to users and what was confusing.
My IT minor capstone project where my group worked with the UAMS team to design a website for the CoBALT program for autism treatment. I was the Project Manager for my group because of my writing experience and time management skills. While developing our Project Plan and meeting with the UAMS team early on, I paid special attention to the needs they described and the milestones we would need to meet to be successful.
